Contract Mods User Guide

Introduction

This tool allows you to view a list of contract modifications (mods). You can also search mods by vendor and search string.

Mod List

Mod List

This panel displays a list of contract modifications (mods). Use the Search Field and Search Field to filter the list of visible mods.

Type a search string in this field and press enter to filter the list of visible mods.

Select a vendor from this menu to limit the list of visible mods to mods from a specific vendor.

This panel displays the list of mods that match the selections in the Search Field and Search Field.

Each entry in the list includes the following:

• Vendor Name: The vendor name.
• Awarded Mod ID: The unique identifier for this mod.
• Awarded Date: The date that the mod was awarded.
• Summary: A brief summary of the changes in this mod.

You can click an entry in this list to view the mod in the Mod Details Dialog.

This dialog displays the details about the currently selected mod.

This tab shows the summary of the selected mod.

Mod Details Dialog: CLINs Tab

Mod Details Dialog: CLINs Tab

This tab shows a list of CLINs modified by the selected mod.

Each row in the list contains the following information:

• Service
• CLIN
• CLIN Name
• Table Name
• Table Reference Number
• Change Type

You can click a row to price the given CLIN in the Unit Pricer.

Click the Download button to download the list of CLINs as a Comma-Separated Value (CSV) file.

This tab shows a list of tables modified by the selected mod.

Each row in the list contains the following information:

• Table Name
• Table Reference Number
• Change Type

Click the Download button to download the list of tables as a Comma-Separated Value (CSV) file.
